Debate Club update - The first meeting of the Debate Club will be on Thursday, November 23 in Room 136 (Ms. Madsen's room).  Open to all interested from Grade 6-12.

Encounters With Canada Bursary

There is a $175 bursary available from the North East School Division for students who have gone or are going on the Encounters With Canada experience this school year.  Once you have returned from Encounters, please let Mrs. Clarke know and she will set you up to receive the $175.00 bursary from the school division. This will not happen unless you let Mrs. Clarke know.

Items Due December 1

If you have been contacted to bring the following, items are due at the Office by Friday, December 1st.

MARGARINE – One (1) 454 gram tub. 
DILL PICKLES – 1 LARGE jar
SALAD DRESSING - Two (2) 500ml bottles of Caesar Salad dressing or two (2) 500 ml bottles of Catalina Salad dressing or Two (2) 500ml bottles of Ranch Salad dressing
PARMESAN CHEESE – One (1) 200/250g jar
CROUTONS – Two (2) 150/170g boxes
DORITOS/ARIBA NACHOS – Two (2) 280g bags.  Nacho or Zesty flavoured.
KERNEL CORN - Six (6) cans of kernel corn. 
WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE – three (3) cans. 
BUTTER- one (1) pound
BREAD CUBES FOR STUFFING – One (1) bag of bread cubes (white or whole wheat)
MARGARINE BLOCKS- 1 box of ½ cup blocks
DINNER PLATES - one hundred (100) nine inch Styrofoam or paper plates
DESSERT PLATES- one hundred (100) six or seven inch Styrofoam or paper plates
FORKS – 96 or 100 plastic forks 
KNIVES - 96 or 100 plastic knives
SPOONS – 96 OR 100 PLASTIC SPOONS
SALT AND PEPPER - one (1) set of disposable salt and pepper shakers.
TURKEY BAGS – LOOK! OVEN COOKING BAGS: one package of large bags. 
SURGICAL GLOVES – 1box of latex free examination gloves for serving food.  Available at the Co-op or Pearson’s.
POULTRY SEASONING – ONE 78G PACKAGE
SAGE – ONE 78G PACKAGE
CLUBHOUSE TURKEY GRAVY – 4 PACKAGES
SOYA SAUCE – 1 450ML BOTTLE
KETCHUP – ONE 1.5L BOTTLE
VINEGAR – ONE 1L JUG
BROWN SUGAR – ONE 2KG BAG
DISH SOAP – 1 bottle of dish soap (no smaller than 625ml)
READY CRISP BACON
– One (1) 85g. package

Noon Session for Post Secondary Applications

Grade 12s wanting help with post-secondary applications should come to the senior lab on Tuesday, November 21 for help in completing those applications.  Bring a method of payment to complete the application.

Jr. Girls Basketball

Any girls interested in playing basketball in grade 7-9 need to be at practice on Monday Nov. 20th and Wednesday Nov. 22nd in the auditorium from 3:30pm-5:00pm.

Monday: Grade 6 Boys and Girls Flickerball (Their time last Friday was cancelled due to tables being set up)

Tuesday: Grade 7 Indoor Football.

Wednesday: Girls Only Grade 6-9  Flickerball

Thursday: Grade 8-9 Indoor Football

Firday: No School
